On Tuesday 9 July, the Year 9 Drama students present extracts from ‘Home’ by Nadia Fall, at 5.00 pm in the new Theatre. "In 2013, homelessness amongst young people in the UK is at a record high, so when the big society doesn't work ? where do you go? An inner city high rise hostel, Target East, offers a roof."

On Wednesday 10 July, the Year 10 GCSE Drama group perform their set play, ‘DNA’ by Dennis Kelly, in an innovative promenade format (whereby the audience travel with the actors to different locations around the school), at 5.00 pm in the canteen. “’DNA’ is a poignant and, sometimes, hilarious tale with a very dark heart.”

To finish the week off, we celebrate the fifth year of our annual ‘Night at the Musicals’ tradition on Thursday 11 July, with a whole array of songs from different musicals, performed by our talented Musical Theatre Society students. This performance starts at 7.00 pm in the new Theatre.

Tickets for each performance are £5.00, and are now available to purchase on Wisepay. Please print your receipt and bring it with you to the performance as your ticket, or alternatively, show the Wisepay receipt on your device.

We look forward to seeing you in July.
